Weston, Inc.’s 1030 Metso Way building leased to DSV

Columbia, SC, July 26, 2023 – Weston, Inc. announces that DSV has leased 1030 Metso Way, a 244,945-square-foot industrial building situated on 40 acres in Northeast Columbia. This expansion represents the fifth warehouse facility operated by DSV in the Columbia market after also leasing another Weston-owned building at 209 Flintlake Road in 2022.

Weston, Inc.’s 6011 Shakespeare Road leased to Lanter Delivery Systems

Columbia, SC, July 20, 2023 – Weston, Inc. announces that Lanter Delivery Systems has leased a ±29,230-square-foot cross-dock building located at 6011 Shakespeare Road in Columbia. Lanter Delivery Systems arranges transportation and courier services to the agricultural, automotive, trucking and industrial supply industries.

Weston Inc.’s 209 Flintlake Road building leased to DSV

Columbia, SC, October 13, 2022 – Weston Inc. announces that DSV has leased 209 Flintlake Road, a 122,419-square-foot industrial building on 22 acres in Northeast Columbia. This expansion represents the fourth third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse facility operated by DSV in the Columbia market.

Sage International expands at Weston-owned 103 Lachicotte Road in Lugoff

Columbia, SC, April 7, 2022 – Sage International has expanded its footprint at 103 Lachicotte Road in Lugoff, SC. The metals supplier originally signed a lease in 2021 for 45,197 square feet in the building, but was able to expand to the entire 121,017 square feet of the building in 2022 when it became available due to the growth of its business as a supplier for Trane.

Weston, Inc. acquires 3240 Brittain Drive in Newberry, SC

Columbia, SC, January 19, 2022 – Weston, Inc., an Ohio-based industrial real estate owner, has acquired a vacant 182,160-square-foot industrial building at 3240 Brittain Drive in Newberry, SC.

Colliers brings Weston-owned 3130 Bluff Road in Columbia to 100% occupancy

Weston, Inc. acquires 110 Metal Park Drive in Columbia

Columbia, SC, October 11, 2021 –​ Colliers | South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented the seller, Metal Park Drive, LLC, in Weston, Inc.’s acquisition of a 65,000-square-foot industrial building at 110 Metal Park Drive in Columbia, SC. Colliers has been retained by Weston to lease and manage the property.

Columbia, SC, February 15, 2021​ – Weston, Inc., a privately held industrial property owner and developer based in Cleveland, OH, has acquired three vacant industrial properties in the greater Columbia, SC market, 6011 Shakespeare Road, 1030 Metso Way and 201 Metropolitan Drive, bringing their South Carolina portfolio to 45 properties consisting of nearly 8 million square feet.

Colliers brokers 37-property, 5.5 million-square-foot industrial portfolio sale to Weston, Inc.

Charleston / Columbia / Greenville / Spartanburg, SC, February 26, 2020​ – Weston, Inc., a privately held industrial property owner and developer based in Cleveland, OH, has closed the purchase of the Carolina Industrial Properties portfolio previously owned by Reger Holdings LLC. ​ The portfolio consists of 37 properties, 57 tenants and 5.5 million square feet of industrial product across 16 counties in South Carolina. The portfolio is 83% leased with an average total occupancy term of 7.7 years.
