Weston, Inc. acquires 110 Metal Park Drive in Columbia

Colliers to handle leasing, marketing and property management; LCK to handle project management for building improvements

Columbia, SC, October 11, 2021 - Colliers | South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented the seller, Metal Park Drive, LLC, in Weston, Inc.’s acquisition of a 65,000-square-foot industrial building at 110 Metal Park Drive in Columbia, SC. Colliers has been retained by Weston to lease and manage the property.

 

LCK’s Dale Stigamier, CCIM is currently serving as project manager for improvements to the property, including the installation of a new truck court, a fire suppression system and LED lighting.

 

Colliers’ industrial brokerage team of Salley, Mathews, Beard and Peebles is currently marketing the property for lease. Jered Wooten from Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division is the Property Manager.
